Victorious Community Development (VCD), in partnership with the Saginaw Police Department, is excited to announce the 2026 Police Youth Athletic League (PYAL), a fun, competitive, and community-focused basketball program designed to help young athletes develop their skills, build confidence, and foster positive relationships with local law enforcement and community leaders.

The league is open to both boys and girls and will feature age divisions for 9–10, 11–12, and 13–14-year-olds. Participants will receive a team uniform as part of their registration and will enjoy one practice and one game each week throughout the season. Practices begin June 22, 2026, with games tipping off on July 13, 2026.

To ensure quality coaching and playing time, teams will be limited to 10 players per team. Registration is $80 per player, and all registrations must be submitted by June 19, 2026.
