Victorious Community Development, Inc. (VCD), established in 1999 and formerly known as VBM Community Outreach, Inc., is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization under the IRS NTEE Code S20, dedicated to fostering community development in Saginaw.
Our History
As an evolution of the outreach efforts of Victorious Believers Ministries Church COGIC, VCD has become an independent catalyst for positive change. We are dedicated to unlocking community potential through transformative education, comprehensive training, robust economic opportunities, and effective community violence prevention and intervention.
Committed to nurturing a vibrant and resilient Saginaw, we aim to build a foundation of socioeconomic vitality, cultural richness, and community safety.
