Ms. Coney is a Saginaw County Commissioner and a Mental Health Practitioner with the Saginaw Intermediate School District (Saginaw ISD) with two decades of social work experience. In addition, she serves on the Great Lakes Bay School-Based Health Center Community Advisory Council.
